DOE (Diffractive Optical Elements) are based on the diffraction principle of light, using special diffraction design software to design. Through the traditional semiconductor chip fabrication process or nano-imprint or nano-injection molding process, etching on glass, plastic substrate (or the surface of traditional optical devices) to produce step or continuous relief structure (generally grating structure), forming a class of optical components with coaxial reproduction and extremely high diffraction efficiency. DOE can control the divergence angle of the beam and the morphology of the spot through different designs, and realize the function of the output beam forming a specific pattern.
